The main purpose of our diabetes clinic is to ensure that patients with diabetes manage their condition through a systematic support system. Most diabetes patients attend OPD 2 or 3 times a year, however treatments such as OHAs and insulin often require frequent decision-making consultations. Moreover, patients’ awareness regarding their ongoing management plan, their diet, their exercise, their lifestyle and their queries may be addressed for their wellbeing.

Our diabetes clinic also aims to assess the severity and prevent the progression of diabetes related complications. This can be done by ensuring better glycemic control, checking their blood pressure control, their urine for protein, any other signs of kidney damage, regular foot examination, eye examination, their overall health and metabolism assessment through various tools and reports. We also help you learn how to look after your diabetes and anything else you might need to know about, like any updates in news, medicines and technology.

Our Diabetes Clinic Package consists of

4 standard visits every year – once every 3 months

2 additional visits every year – which can be physical presence or online consultation

Annual Complete Metabolic Profile (health check up)

The package is aimed to develop a routine practice among our patients to undergo periodic check ups. By offering this package, we have reduced the costs of our patients by over 50% in order to encourage them to maintain regular follow-ups. Once the monetary burden at each visit is sorted out, patients may be less hesitant to visit the clinic. And one advantage of the package is that patients are eligible to avail our App facilities for free per year.

Our regular diabetes and metabolic clinic timing is 1pm to 5pm, and on your day of annual complete metabolic profile you will be directed to come at earlier times. We look after patients having diabetes mellitus type 1, diabetes mellitus type 2, gestational diabetes, steroid induced diabetes and pre-diabetes.
